Laura will take the techniques she has learned from her years spent working as a psychotherapist specializing in weight management and couple this with yogic practices that are renowned for their healing abilities. This one hour workshop will delve into the topic of emotional eating and the triggers often found behind it. With the intention of cultivating
kindness towards ourselves, we will engage in a practice to open the heart, stimulate the digestive system and the thyroid gland. Using clinically proven breathing techniques we will
learn ways to reduce stress and anxiety whilst also increasing fat burning within the body. Most importantly, we will practice some meditation techniques to still the mind, settle the emotions and connect to our bodies.
