This class will introduce participants to mindfulness – what it is, its benefits and how to implement in daily life. We will learn breathing exercises, discover how our senses can instantly bring us into the present moment and how to stop anxious and negative thoughts from overwhelming us so we can enjoy calm, happiness and gratitude in our lives.
