EFT or Tapping is a wonderful technique which you can use as a self-help tool for daily annoyances and stress.
During this short introductory workshop you will learn the tapping points as well as a simple technique to tap for daily stress and irritations. EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) combines Eastern medicine -by tapping on the meridians, the points used in acupuncture - with Western talk therapy. It is an excellent way to get to the root of our issues and bring more peace to our daily lives.
It has been shown to help physical ailments, emotional issues (such as stress and anxiety) and performance issues. The workshop is led by Anne Ryan EFT Practitioner who works one to one and with groups.
