Call out for contributors to the charity expo at our family fun day

Happy New Year to all our amazing local community groups from everyone at June Fest!
We’re delighted to announce that June Fest 2023 will take place from Fri 2nd – Mon 5 th June.
Our Family Fun Day takes place outdoors on Bank Holiday Monday 5 th June.
The Family Fun Day is the main focus of our Community Festival and we want the day to benefit
everyone in our community. A big part of the Day is the Charity Expo – a unique opportunity for
local community groups, clubs and charities in Newbridge and surrounding areas to showcase their
This is your chance to raise awareness, build relationships and raise funds for your cause.
In 2022, over 10,000 euros was raised by local groups at the Family Fun Day Charity Expo.
All monies raised by you on the day will go to your community voluntary group.
You will be allocated a space where you can organise a Bric a Brac or Cake Stall, or a Fun Game
based on the ‘Field Day’ idea, such as Dunk Tank, Ring Toss, Pin the Tail on the Donkey ,Spin the
Wheel, Ring Toss, Lollipop Stick Sand (Treasure Hunt),Guess the number of jellies in the Jar, Hang
Drop/Chin up Bar, Flick a Penny, Hook A Duck, or Sponge Throw.
You will have lots of tried and tested fundraising activities so over to you!
You will need your own promotional material and equipment such as tables, chairs, gazebo, etc.
Space is limited so please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to get involved.
If you know of other community groups who could benefit from taking part, please let them know.
